Chassis:

● Powder Material Vehicle Usage Guide

1. Do not overspeed or overpressure when driving bulk cement trucks. Overspeed or overpressure can seriously damage the air compressor. The maximum speed of this machine can be seen in the main technical data sheet, working pressure is 0.2MPa.

2. Do not start or stop the air compressor quickly, but increase or decelerate slowly. Otherwise, the punch pressure will damage the air compressor.

3. Do not change the direction of rotation of the air compressor. Otherwise, the oil pump will not seriously damage the machine if it is not supplied with oil.

4. Do not stop the air compressor before decompression. Otherwise, the powdered material may flow back into the air cylinder, causing serious damage to the air compressor.

5. Check the oil level before starting the machine. The oil level must not be lower than the lower limit of the oil standard; always check whether the oil pump is supplied with oil. If it is not supplied with oil, check it immediately. Otherwise, the lack of oil can seriously damage the air compressor.

6. To replace the oil on schedule. 30 hours after the new machine is used, the oil in the crankcase is drained, the inside of the crankcase and the oil filter net are cleaned, and then the oil is changed. After that, change the oil once a year.

7. To check and clean the oil filter. Normal conditions are checked and cleaned once every quarter. If the machine usage rate is high, it should be checked and cleaned once a month.

8. The lubricant used in this unit is CD40 diesel engine oil. It is forbidden to mix different brands of lubricants, otherwise the deterioration of lubricants will affect the lubrication effect.

9. Maintain and clean the air filter element every 30 hours of operation. While rotating the filter element, the compressed air with a pressure of less than 0.6 MPa is blown from the inside to the outside. After five maintenance, replace the new filter element. Never clean the filter element with oil or water.
