The difference between the flowmeter measurement result minus the true value being measured is called the measurement error, referred to as the error. When the instrument error occurs, the following method can be used to correct it.

1, flow meter flow coefficient correction

a. At the maximum flow rate check, the standard value given by the standardizer is the Q mark;
b. At the same time the reading of the meter being checked is the Q table;
c. Press K key to read the current flow parameter C1 (old) of the instrument;
d, according to the formula C1 (new) = C1 (old) × Q standard / Q table, calculate the new flow coefficient C1 new;
e. Then replace the original flow coefficient C1 (old) with the new flow coefficient. Http://

2, current signal coefficient correction

a. Flow rate is zero for transmit current 4mA Correction: "10" (new) = "10" (old) x 4mA/A0
In the formula: “10” (new): New current signal 4mA point coefficient; “10” (old): Read current current of the instrument sending 4mA coefficient; A0: Actual measured value of current of zero flow (mA ).

b. Current transmit full-scale coefficient correction: "11" (new) = "11" (old) × 16mA/(A01-4mA)
In the formula: "11" (new): new sending full-scale coefficient; "11" (old): reading the current sending full-scale coefficient; A01: sending current measured at full-scale flow (mA) .
