According to the report, at the end of April 2010, the Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision in the Xiaohe District Guizhou Dingli Machinery Electronics Co., Ltd. found that there was a large number of “Jincheng Cables” printed in Tianjin City Jincheng Wire and Cable Co., Ltd. The responsible person of the company refused to provide relevant information after being on the scene and was randomly sampled and submitted by the quality supervisor on site. Subsequently, the Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision initiated investigations on the grounds that the Jincheng cable was not qualified, and seized more than 100 Panjincheng cables.

After the inspection by the Guizhou Province Product Quality Inspection Institute, the conclusions indicate that the conductor resistance of the cable does not meet the mandatory industry standards, and it is determined that the Jincheng cable that was seized has failed. Guiyang Jincheng Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Jincheng Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. did not raise any objection after obtaining the test results.

In April this year, Guiyang Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau requested Guiyang Jincheng Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Jincheng Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. to hold a hearing. Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision concluded after the hearing that the two companies had violated "China." The relevant regulations of the People's Republic of China on Product Quality Law impose a fine of 5,970,645.55 yuan on the amount of the value of the illegal product of the two companies, totaling more than 11.95 million yuan, and confiscated 104 illegally produced products.
