The magnetic starter consists of a steel stamped enclosure, a steel floor, an AC contactor, a thermal relay, and corresponding wiring. When used, it should be equipped with a start stop button switch, and the manual control signal cable should be properly connected. When the start button is pressed, the AC contactor coil installed in the magnetic starter is energized, the armature drives the contact group to close, and the electrical (usually motor) power supply is turned on, and self-locking is performed through the auxiliary contact. When the stop button is pressed, the internal AC contactor coil is de-energized and the contacts are opened, and the power supply is cut off and unlocked.
According to different control needs, the magnetic starter can also be flexibly wired to enable it to perform electric and change equal functions. The built-in thermal relay provides overload protection of the controlled motor. The setting current of the thermal relay should meet the motor power requirement.
The magnetic starter is a full-voltage direct start and is used in both the grid capacity and the load allowing direct start of full pressure. The advantages are easy to operate and control, easy to maintain, and more economical. It is mainly used for starting small-power motors. Motors larger than 11kw are not suitable for this method.
The magnetic starter is composed of AC contactors and thermal relays. A protected magnetic starter with a hermetic enclosure is called an open type magnetic starter without a housing. Magnetic starters are often used to operate controls for locally controlled or remotely controlled motors. The thermal relay in the magnetic starter protects the circuit when it is overloaded. The loss of pressure protection is achieved through the AC contactor (operated with the button). The magnetic starter does not have the effect of short-circuit protection. Push-out Baler Machine

Push-out balers belong to Y81 series metal balers. The difference of this Metal Baler is the way of discharging. Y81 series metal balers can be divided into three categories according to the different discharging methods. The first category is to manually pick up the metal bale; the second category is to automatically push out the metal bale block (forward push and side push); the third type is to automatically turn out the metal bale Block (forward turing out and side turn out).

Push-out BALER is mainly used for baling and compressing various scrap metal scraps. Various irregular scraps can be compressed into rectangular, cylindrical and octagonal shapes. Great savings in storage space and shipping costs.
