It is reported that Konecranes obtained the order in October 2011, with a lifting capacity of 2,000 tons and a span of 210 meters. It is currently the world's largest elevated gantry crane. The crane will be used to assemble the FPSO for eight offshore oil production projects. The crane's components were built in Finland and South Korea in October 2011. The crane is expected to be installed at the Polo Naval do Rio Grande shipyard by the end of this year.
