The Dalian Heavy Industry and Crane Group independently designed the independently manufactured circular crane for the second phase of the Chashma Nuclear Power Plant in Pakistan to formally pass the factory acceptance on May 16. It is understood that this is China's first self-designed and manufactured export nuclear power ring crane, which indicates that China's equipment manufacturing industry has become one of the important equipment component markets for international nuclear power engineering.
Pakistan's Chashma 30-watt kilowatt nuclear power plant is a key project for cooperation between China and Pakistan and is known as a model of "South-South cooperation." In 1996, Dalian Heavy Industry·Guangzhou Group and German PHB Company jointly designed and independently manufactured and exported the first 300,000 KW nuclear power ring crane to the first phase of Chashma Nuclear Power Plant. The technical level and quality were well received by users. Signed a contract for the re-manufacturing of a 300,000-kilowatt nuclear power ring crane for the second phase of the project. Today, the factory acceptance is the 250/100+10T nuclear power ring crane for the second phase project independently designed and manufactured by Heavy Industry and Crane Group. The hanging track has a diameter of 33.6 meters, a lifting weight of 250,000 kilograms, and a lifting height of 33 meters. The ring crane is located at the top end of the nuclear reactor building and is used for the lifting service of equipment maintenance in the reactor building during the installation and operation of the power station equipment. The requirements for technical level, quality and precision are very strict.
