               This machine is mainly used for trimming the four rough edges of all kinds of plywood through four saws, and it is also widely four edges of blockboard, particle board, and MDF board, etc.It is an automatic production line for edge trimming of board. From loading rough board(s) on the longitudinal working table, cutting the two longitudinal edges, turning the semi-finished board(s) into the transverse working table horizontally, cutting the two transverse edges, to unloading of finished board(s), it achieves the automatic working process. Only two workers can operate this machine, which can save more labor cost for you and improve the production efficiency.

  1. The "L" layout is compact and reasonable, which makes the cutting speed quick and the floor space small.
  2. Adopting laser accessory device, it makes the loading and cutting easy and precise.
  3. Equipped with linear guide, it makes the movement easy and the cutting size precise.
  4. Equipped with lead screw, data display instrument and hand wheel system, it makes the adjustment of cutting size easy, convenient and precise. Using this machine, you can produce different size board, such as 4'×8', 3'×6', etc.
  5. The board is driven by stepless variable-speed motor and the speed can be adjusted according to your demand of processing.
  6. Equipped with fixing pressure devices, which makes the board(s) move very trippingly and precisely without wrong sliding.
